Your USERNAME: This is all one word, e.g SimonSmith, from your name, with no spaces between words, as printed on your Registration Document.
(N.B. Your name may be incorrect on your Registration Document. Do not worry about this, but when you login it MUST be with the name as it appears on your Registration Document, even if it is spelt incorrectly.)
